Manicure Pedicure

  • A regular manicure includes soaking your hands in warm soapy water to soothe and soften dead skin cells. Your fingernails are cleaned, clipped, and filed. The nail technician moisturizes your hands and polishes your nails with a base coat, a main coat and topcoat.

  • Foot soaking, foot scrubbing with a pumice stone or foot file, nail clipping, nail shaping, moisturizer, and nail polishing.

  • Shellac polish is a cross between nail polish and gel. Shellac is applied like regular nail polish and then cured using a UV lamp. Shellac lasts up to 14 days without chipping or peeling

  • Paraffin is a form of wax, which when melted and applied to the feet and toenails, moisturizes the skin and strengthens the nails. Heat therapy that can help increase blood flow, relax muscles, and decrease joint stiffness.

  • A foot detox removes toxins and heavy metals from the body through the feet. It can alleviate menopause symptoms, menstrual cramps, skin problems, acne, sleep problems, restlessness, stress, toothaches, wrinkles, aches and pains, and yeast infections
